Billing Policy

Athletic Adventures Activity Center offers TWO billing options, most of our programs offer both of these options. All new enrollments are automatically enrolled in our Month to Month Enrollment billing unless the member switches from the default enrollment

Annual Enrollment Members:

  1. Billed monthly on the 25th of each month, or the next business day.
  2. Required to have a Credit Card On File.
  3. Pays a reduced tuition rate for a 12-month commitment.
  4. May submit an Online Drop Request after 1 year to discontinue enrollment.

Annual Enrollment Members agree that Athletic Adventures Activity Center may bill their financial institute monthly for a 12 month period, which begins on the date of their first class. Drop requests may only be submitted after their 12 month anniversary. After the initial 12 months, annual enrollment members may continue at a reduced rate or may choose to switch to monthly enrollment status at the increased monthly rate. Additionally, annual enrollment members may choose to switch to monthly enrollment status at any time but will be charged back fees for the difference between annual and monthly tuition rates. Any customer enrolled as an annual member who requests to drop prior to their 12-month anniversary date is also subject to pay back fee difference between annual and monthly tuition.

Monthly Enrollment Members:

    Bullying Policy

At Athletic Adventures we recognize bullying as a serious issue and we enforce a strict NO BULLYING policy. Research has found that children who participate in sports and activities can boost their confidence. We recognize that Athletic Adventures may be that place for many children, and we don’t want bullying to ever discourage a child from doing what they love.

Additionally, Athletic Adventures is committed to providing a community for each individual athlete, artist, engineer, or parent who walks through our doors, an environment that allows bullying would be prohibitive to this model. Our community will be focused on encouraging teamwork and group cheerleading. Bully will never have a place at Athletic Adventures and all our staff is extensively trained in recognizing and mitigating bullying behaviors.

    Athletic Adventures identifies bullying as:

    An Imbalance of Power:

Kids who bully use their power—such as physical strength, access to embarrassing information, or popularity—to control or harm others. Power imbalances can change over time and in different situations, even if they involve the same people.

    Repetition:

Bullying behaviors happen more than once or have the potential to happen more than once.

Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose.

If any child or parent has a concern about bullying please notify an Athletic Adventures managing staff member immediately, just simply request one when speaking to the front desk. Additionally, if you wish to remain anonymous this online Form can be completed about your bullying concerns.
