Our Tricking program will teach your child the fundamentals of tricking in a safe and progresive way. The skills in Tricking include skills you may know, front and back flip, along with some skills that you may not know about such as raiz and cork.

Level 1: 1 hour/1 day per week (recommended to take 2 classes per week)
Level 2: 1 hour/2 days per week (required to take two classes per week)
- When your child joins our tricking classes they begin the journey of self-discipline, confidence building, and a brain and body connection that will give them the foundation for the challenges that life outside of the gym will bring.
- Tricking seems to be individualistic, although as these students train together they will build bonds with the other trickers. And those bonds will act as the last boost of confidence that will help them to push themselves farther than they believed was possible.

What Our Parents Say About Us
Athletic Adventures Sports Center is sure to be one of the premier facilities in our area. Kassie Haag is one of the best in the industry and now she is starting her own gym! Her passion for providing a safe environment for your child to reach their full athletic potential is evident with each choice she makes. Kassie had an enormously positive impact on both of my competitive gymnast daughters when they were under her instruction. I am excited about Kassie Haag’s next professional endeavor – and how lucky we are that it is in our area!
