Logistics
For basic party packages:
- Your party hosts will set up your table with a tablecloth, plates, and forks. Your hosts will also serve your food and desert and help with clean-up.
For Basic/Ultimate Party Packages:
- Your party hosts will be there to greet the birthday child and keep any early guest arrivals entertained until the party start time. They are also there to help with any small tasks relating to the party such as; setting out extra decorations and finishing place settings.
For Custom themes:
- Your party host will greet your birthday child and show them their customized birthday party area. There will also be a birthday party wall with your child’s name on it decorated to match your child’s birthday party theme! Your party host is there to help with any small tasks relating to the party such as; setting out extra decorations and finishing place settings with drinks (we recommend juice boxes or water bottles).
- In addition to tableware, your party host will also have a craft or activity and several decor items relating to your theme.

This party package is for the Pinterest mom, who has more Pinterest fails than successes. Or the busy mom on the go who wants her child to have the perfect party, but has no time to plan it. Let us do the work for you!

We ask that a parent or guardian is within arms reach at all times.
What age do you recommend for a Practically Perfect Party at Athletic Adventures?
We recommend your child be at least 2 but can accommodate any age party up to 16 years old!
For our junior party goers,(under age 3) we ask that parents or guardians join on the party floor to help supervise their children during gym floor play.
How many guests should I invite to my child’s birthday party?
As many as you’d like! We can accomodate any size party you would like.
We recommend anywhere from 12-25 guests to allow for all party guests to enjoy the gym and equipment.
Are Parents allowed on the gym floor?
Absolutely! We encourage it! We do ask that all parents and guardians stay off of gym equipment but you are welcome to observe and take pictures for the duration of the party!
How far in advance do I need to book my party?
Depending on availability, we recommend booking your child’s birthday party at least a month in advance.
Are siblings allowed on the gym floor?
Siblings are welcome however they will be included in the overall guest count that we ask for at least 48 hours in advance to properly staff your child’s birthday party.
If the sibling is under the age of 1, we will not include them in the guest count but do ask that a parent or guardian stays with the child at all times.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Of course! We will provide necessities but you are welcome to bring your own decorations as well!
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
Prepayment for the party is expected when the contract is signed. In the event of a cancellation where a reschedule cannot be accomodated any funds will be placed on the parent account and can be used for other gym activities or towards classes.
Can we bring balloons?
Unfortunately, with the gym’s high ceilings, we ask that balloons stay at home.
Will my party host lead any games or activities during the party?
Absolutely! Your party host will help with entertaining guests with different games and activities customized to the age group of the party attendees such as obstacle courses, foam pit towers, and parachute games! If you have any specific requests, please let your party host know ahead of time and we will try to accommodate those requests.
What should I expect during my 30 minutes off of the gym floor?
We want your party to be easy! So our party hosts will manage every aspect of the party room time, from serving any food items to cutting the cake, and even lead the signing of “Happy Birthday”!
Can we open gifts?
Yes! You may choose to open gifts on-site or may choose to take gifts home. We do, however; recommend opening gifts at home. For children under the age of 5 gift opening is not as exciting for the guests, and sometimes they lose attention quickly. If you would like to open gifts please let us know prior to the start of the party.
